Consultations & Booking
Every wedding or event begins with a complimentary 1-hour consultation—a relaxed, creative chat where we explore your ideas, inspirations, and style. You can book your appointment through our contact form at the bottom of the page or by emailing styled.by.stephaniec@gmail.com.
Before we meet, feel free to gather the basics: your date, venue, guest count, bridal party size, floral budget, and any décor ideas or mood boards you adore. These details help us dream with you and sketch out a direction that feels just right.
During our meeting, we’ll play with color palettes, floral choices, and overall vibes. Bring all the photos, Pinterest boards, or half-formed ideas you have—we love it all.
Whether you know exactly what you want or you’re starting with a blank slate, we’re here to guide, inspire, and help shape a celebration that feels beautifully you.
Afterward, we’ll send a custom quote. Once finalized, you’ll receive a contract and deposit request to secure your date. A final check-in happens about four weeks before your event to tie everything together.
Floral Ordering
Flowers are ordered at least 5 weeks before your event. Because availability can shift with farms and wholesalers, substitutions may occasionally be needed. If an event is moved or canceled after flowers are ordered, product costs may apply.
