All wedding and event services include a Free 1-hour consultation meeting to discuss your event details, made by appointment. Appointments can be made by contacting me using the form on the contact page or via email at styled.by.stephaniec@gmail.com

Prior to this meeting, we ask that you gather the logistical information's about your event by having ready a list of date, location, number of guests, bridal party count, expected floral budget, styling choices, specific item choices and over all décor ideas so that our team can be prepared to present ideas when we meet. This list can be shared to our email listed above.
During this free 1-hour consultation meeting we will discuss the color palette and flower choices, as well as the overall event. Feel free to gather any images, Pinterest boards, thoughts, and any other items that might help us during the process.
I want to know what your vision looks like and help create what you are looking for! If you have no idea, that okay - part of the reason why we offer floral services is because I l ENJOY weddings and all events and would be happy to make recommendations or suggestions to help you create something beautiful and memorable.

After this meeting, we will provide a quite and make any edits to the estimate provided. Once we have an agreed upon quote, I will send a contract for your signature and request a deposit which will go toward you event, and secure your date! After booking, there will be a final meeting four weeks prior to you event to discuss any changes.

Floral Product is ordered a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your event. Due to current challenges faced by flower farms, growers, and wholesalers floral availability is subject to change. Should you move your date or cancel your event after the product is ordered, you may be responsible for product cost depending on the wholesaler or grower's policy.
